Byron H. Hall, 89, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away at Kobacker House in Columbus at 6:33 pm, Friday, June 21, 2019. He was born on March 10, 1930, in Wingett Run, Ohio, to Henry E. and Nellie West Hall.

Byron was a retired employee of Big Bear Grocery Stores after 37 years. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a life member of VFW.

On February 8, 1960, he married Ethel Stark who survives with two daughters and one son: Tamara Hall of Lowell, Anita (John) Johnson of Galena, OH, Gregory (Carla) Hall of Centerburg, Ohio; 9 grandchildren: Stacy, Miranda, Kevin, Nicole (Tommy), Jacob, Larry, Trevor, Emily and Audra; 5 great grandchildren: Erin, Anthony, Caleb, Sophia and William. He is also survived by his brothers: Myron, Arthur, Ronald and Darrell Hall and sisters, Manota and Susan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers: Eber, Foster, Daniel, Stanley and Blaine Hall and sister, Mae Weddle.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday (June 27) at 1:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with interment following in East Lawn Memorial Park with full military services.
