Nancy I. Hasley
Nancy I. Hasley, 94, of Marietta, passed away Friday morning, April 9, 2010, at Heartland of Marietta.
She was born on December 7, 1915, in Washington County, Ohio, to Clark and Hazel Wright Dixon. Nancy was a member of First Presbyterian Church and J. E. McCoy Rebecca Lodge. She retired from the Washington County Treasurer’s office in 1980.
On December 25, 1933, she married Thomas Frank Hasley who preceded her in death on July 14, 1992. Nancy is survived by her daughter Ruth Ann Tebay of Williamstown, 4 grandchildren: Jayne Tebay of Marietta, David (Cathy) Tebay of Columbus, Chuck Tebay of Marietta and Jill (Brent) Ash of Sistersville, WV; 2 great grandchildren, Brian Tebay of Columbus and Katie Ash of Sistersville. Also surviving is one sister Dorothy Way and nephew Terry Way of Devola.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 1 sister Genevieve Dixon and son-in-law Bruce Tebay.
Funeral services will be held on Monday (April 12th) at 10:30 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial in Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 pm on Sunday.
