Oral “Tony” Starcher

Oral “Tony” Starcher, 78, of Stockport passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Waterview Pointe.

He was born May 7, 1943, in Spencer, WV, a son of Charles and Gertrude Carpenter Starcher. Tony had been employed at Kardex for many years and enjoyed painting, archery, fishing, camping and gardening. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during Vietnam.

Tony is survived by his wife, Dorothy Sunderman Starcher of 46 years, daughter Stephanie (Gregory) Sparling; grandchildren Alexandra and Ethan Sparling and brother Michael Starcher.

At his request he will be cremated and there will be no services at this time. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
