Robert L. Brown

Robert L. Brown, 87 of Marietta (203 Brittigan Circle) passed Thursday evening, Feb. 29, 2024 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

He was born on February 27, 1937 and had been employed at Morrison Refrigeration. He was a member of Gilman United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his sister Sandra Fisher of Pennsylvania and was preceded in death by his wife Darlene Zollar Brown.

His request was to be cremated and no services will be held at this time. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.

The family would like to thank Amedysis Hospice, Marietta Memorial Hospital and Waterview Pointe for their care. A special thanks to Pastor Doug Thompson and for the many friends who helped with Bob’s care, especially Letha Rech.
