Betty Jean Tucker

Betty Jean Tucker, 78, of Belpre passed away at 3:52pm, Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born on August 24, 1943 in Marietta to Herbert Williams and Goldie Hawkins Carpenter. She was employed as a Home Health Aide. She was a member of Twin Rivers Baptist Church.

Betty is survived by 2 sons and 1 daughter: Leroy (Jane) Tucker, Deanna (Marvin) Robinson both of Marietta and Randy (Ann) Tucker of Lower Salem; grandchildren: Billy, Leroy, Dusti, Johnnie, Donnie, Lisa, Jason, Mandy, Heather and Christopher; great grandchildren: Braiden, Zach, Johnathon, Hannah, Emily, Abby, Shakira, Isaac, Dominick, Preston, Jaycie, Bryson, Jacob, Aiden, Jalyn, Gracie, Maddie, Mavis, Elijah, Karter; several half sisters, half brothers and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Pamela Jean and granddaughter Elizabeth Jeanann.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (May 3) at 11:00 am at Twin Rivers Baptist Church with burial following in East Lawn Memorial Park. Family will greet friends at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 until the hour of the service.
