Larry L. Griffin
Larry L. Griffin, 78, of Marietta passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026 at Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio. He was born October 6, 1947, in Marr, Ohio, a son of the late Clarence “Mac” Griffin and the late Bessie Hall Griffin.
Larry had been employed as an equipment operator for Enbridge (formerly River Gas Co.) and was a former member of the West Virginia National Guard. Larry’s favorite hobby was farming. He also enjoyed teasing his many friends and family.
On May 18, 1968, he married Sandy Leasure who survives with their son Tyson (Glenda) Griffin of Marietta and granddaughter Shalyn Griffin (Justin Anderson) and grand-puppies, Kassie and Pepper. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son Aaron, his brother Don Griffin and sister Dorothy Markey.
