  • Carl Bryan Hall, II

    Carl Bryan Hall, II, 47 of Cutler passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026. He was born December 17, 1978 in Marietta the beloved son of Carl Bryan Hall and Lynn Fryman Petty.
    After graduating Warren High School, he joined the U. S. Navy. On returning to Cutler, Carl later attended Washington County Career Center Adult Technical Training and received a certificate in Welding and Advanced Welding. Carl worked several jobs throughout his lifetime before settling at Cascade Drilling.
    Carl enjoyed life and spending time with family and friends. Although his life ended tragically and far too soon, he was doing something he always wanted to do in life and he was happy. Carl will be forever young in our eyes and live on in our hearts and memories forever.

    Darlene I. Dobbins, 88, of Lowell passed away at 3:19am on Monday, May 25, 2026.
    She was born February 11, 1938, in Wichita, Kansas, a daughter of Clyde G. and Edna C. (Stroud) Capshaw. Darlene was employed as a Nurse for 36+ years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and shopping.

    Linda Jean Hall passed away unexpectedly on May 24, 2026 at the age of 67.
    Linda was born the youngest daughter of Earl “Dean” and Hazel Stark, January 5, 1959. She grew in Rinard Mills, OH, attending school at Skyview High School graduating in 1976.
    The same year she graduated she married the love of her life, Harry “George” Hall. From this union two children were born, Jason Lynn Hall and Jessica Leann Bartlett. The family settled in Wingett Run, OH.

    Richard “Dick” E. Gill, 86, of Marietta passed away peacefully on May 18, 2026, at Arbors of Marietta after a life full of fun, love, and mischief. At the end, he was surrounded by his granddaughters and the wonderful staff of both Arbors and the Washington County Home.
    Dick was born on October 16, 1939, to Eston H. and Elsie Lucille Gill in Weirton, WV. He married the love of his life, Joyce Ann Cunningham, in 1961, and had two sons, Rick and Herb Gill. They were married for 59 ½ years.

    Myrna never met a stranger and enjoyed simple pleasures in life. She loved listening to country music, enjoyed cherry danishes with a cold Pepsi and always dressing sharp wherever she went.
    Myrna touched the lives within Havar family, leaving behind memories that will be cherished forever. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the warm spirit and kind heart.
