Ada Kay Cooper Fetty
Ada Kay Cooper Fetty, 80, of Williamstown passed away at 5:30pm, Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg. She was born May 14, 1936, in Milton, WV, to Lloyd and Belva Billups Cooper.
Ada Kay was employed for 22 years at Williamstown High School Cafeteria retiring in 1996. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Williamstown. She was also a member of Rebecca Lodge Miriam #1 I00F of Parkersburg and Order of Eastern Star Chapter #58 of Williamstown.
On December 5, 1953, she married David Fetty who survives with 2 daughters, Bonnie (Barry) Douthitt of North Carolina and Belinda Fetty of Parkersburg; 2 grandchildren Jill (Daniel) Canup of North Carolina and Marcus (Briana) Douthitt of Texas; 2 great grandchildren Darbi and Ansley Canup; and her brother Billy Cooper of Milton, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Max and Rex Cooper.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 21st, at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Williamstown with burial following in Riverview Cemetery. The family will greet friends at First Baptist Church on Monday evening from 4:00 until 8:00pm.
