Skip Ventosa
Skip Ventosa, 58, passed away at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on Thursday, December 3, 2020, surrounded by his family. He was born October 2, 1962 in Key West, Florida. In 1981, he married his high-school sweetheart, Tammy Jeffries.
He was an avid movie watcher, a fan of classic rock and an animal lover, but was most well-known for his love of the Raiders football team. He enjoyed time with his family, especially with his granddaughter Kyrie. Skip was also a member of the United States Air Force, having been honorably discharged in 1980.
Skip is survived by his wife Tammy, sons Brent and Travis (Gabby), mother Rebecca Craig (Noel), father Rainald Ventosa (Cindy) and sisters Misty Martin (Brent) and Jennifer Sivak (Steve).
Due to COVID 19, a private graveside service will be held at Gravel Bank Cemetery. McClure Schafer funeral home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com. In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with arrangements.
